Because of the variety of sites and specific client requirements it is a company policy when a client wants security alarm system, an engineer to come to the site and make an offer at place where to explain the options and what kind of security system will fit best for the client and site. This service is free of charge, no matter if the client decline or accept the offer.

The operational center is equipped with specialized systems, software for receiving alarm signals and monitoring the sites 24 hours a day, GPS software and maps for commanding and tracking the mobile patrol teams. When an alarm signal is received at the operational center, the duty operator informs the nearest mobile patrol team and direct it to the alarming site. The employees in the Reaction unit are equipped with uniforms, id cards, radio systems, mobile phones for double connection, GPS, bulletproof jackets, handcuffs, batons, flash-lights and weapon according to the requirements of the Private Security Activities Law. They are skilled, reliable, under 35 years old and have successfully passed the basic training required for their specific job.

The receiving of signals from security system to our Operational duty center can be performed in different ways depending on the clients wish and the characteristics of the site:

radio connection;

wired – buld-in static telephone communicator in the security alarm central on site;

wireless – build-in mobile (GSM) communicator for double signal;

combined – radio, telephone or GSM communicator for double signal;
